摘要 将高性能阻燃材料预氧丝、芳纶1313和羊毛混纺后作为外包纤维材料,以涤纶长丝为芯纱,研制包覆比为70%以上的阻燃包芯纱,探讨其生产工艺过程,并在小样织机上试织包芯纱阻燃织物,测试其阻燃性能.结果表明,在适当工艺条件下由所用材料可纺得包覆均匀的包芯纱;对于实际包覆比为88.06%的包芯纱织物,其极限氧指数为28.9%,具有较好的阻燃性能. The core-spun yarns with cover ratio above 70% are spun by blending pre-oxidized fiber, aramid fiber and wool as skin and polyester filament as corn, and its manufacture process is discussed. The flame retardant fabrics made of this core-spun yarn are woven in the sample loom and its limiting-oxygen-index (LOI) are tested. The results show that the core-spun yarns cover well in appropriate process; the LOI of fabric with cover ratio 88.06% reaches 28.9% to illustrate good flame retardant of the fabric.
