介绍了大卷装捻线机的控制流程和影响产品成型的主要因素、捻线机纱锭成型工艺原理和产品外形要求。经过建立合理的数学模型和编制相应控制程序,为大卷装积极退解式玻璃纤维捻线机纱锭成型的精密控制提供了前提条件。研制开发捻线机设备的控制开发设计,实际达到的主要控制精度,满足高品质纺织细纱的退解技术要求。
With regard to the yam package building motion and product shape requirement, the author explains the control scheme for the package build and the main factors affecting it. By setting up a reasonable methmatical model and developing a corresponding control program, essential prerequisites have been provided for the precise control of the large package building motion of tube-drive glass fiber twisters. The control precision actually achieved has met the twisting requirements of high quality textile yams.
