摘要
从浸润剂体系和拉丝工艺控制两方面分析了影响原丝可燃物含量的因素。浸润剂体系主要从浸润剂配方及可燃物含量设计、浸润剂配制及使用工艺、浸润剂迁移等方面分析;拉丝工艺控制主要从温度、涂油器转速、漏板流量、浸润剂固含量等方面分析。通过控制点分析,提高对控制点的认识以保证控制原丝的可燃物含量,最终提高成品质量的稳定性。
Factors affecting the combustible matter content in glass strands are analyzed in aspects of sizing system and fiber forming control. The sizing system is discussed mainly in terms of size formulation, LOI design, size preparation and application technology and size migration. The fiber forming control is discussed mainly in size temperature, size applicator rpm, bushing throughput and size solid content.These analyses are intended for better understanding of the control parameters so as to ensure the control of combustible matter content in strands to enhance the consistence of final product quality.
