600MW机组润滑油系统故障造成停机的原因分析

Cause Analysis on Fault Shutdown Caused by Failure of Lubricating Oil System in 600 MW Unit

针对某600MW机组因润滑油系统故障导致跳闸停机事故,分析停机的原因为油管路的焊口存在焊接质量问题而发生断裂和裂纹,造成低压保安油泄漏,导致低压保安油压低,最终引发机组跳闸。针对原因提出处理措施并落实,实现了机组的平稳运行。

In view of tripping fault of 600 MW unit because of lubricating oil system fault, after analysis, the fault is because of oil tube welding quality problem to make rupture and cracks, so the low pressure security oil leakage, and low pressure security oil pressure too low, at last, puts forward treatments and to be,to realize unit operation steadily.
