两段法变压吸附技术在脱碳装置中的应用

摘要 阐述了新型无动力冲洗两段法变压吸附技术在脱碳装置中的应用情况。实践证明,该技术具有有效气体回收率高、工艺流程简单、操作安全方便、自动化程度高、操作环境干净整洁、维修工作量小、运行费用省、能耗低、无废液和废渣排放等特点,是一项值得全面推广采用的成熟工艺。 The use is explained of the novel two-stage pressure swing adsorption technology with unpowered flushing in the CO2-removing unit. Practice proves that this technology has the distinguis- hing features of high recovery of available gas, simple process flow, safe and convenient operation, high level of automation, clean and tidy operation environment, small amount of maintenance work, low operating cost, low energy consumption, and no liquid waste and no residue, consequently, it is a mature process deserving general popularization and application.
