摘要 采用多项新技术,在常温下采用变压吸附气体分离技术实现高硫煤气多组分高效分离的工业化应用。与低温甲醇洗脱碳和液氮洗工艺相比,在可靠性、稳定性、开停车、适应工况变化能力以及经济技术指标方面,变压吸附有比较明显的优势。 Many new technologies are used, but under normal temperature the pressure swing adsorption gas separation technology is chosen for its industrialized application in the high-efficiency separation of multi-components in high-sulfur coal gas. This technology is more advantageous than low-temperature methanol wash for CO2 removal and liquid nitrogen wash process in reliability, stability, start- up and shut-down, adaptability to change in work conditions, and techno-economic indices.
