摘要
重点阐述了采用硫酸-氨管式反应器造粒技术进行硫基复肥装置改造,使硫基复肥装置适应生产多品种硫、氯基复肥。改造内容主要包括:增设圆盘搅拌机和原料破碎机各1台;管式反应器法兰处增加洗涤液入口管,并将其移至造粒机外,反应管伸入造粒机内;增设降尘室等。
Special stress is laid on the elucidation of revamping the sulfur-based compound fertilizer unit with the use of the sulfur-ammonia pipe reactor-granulation technology, so as to adapt the unit for the production of various sulfur or chlorine-based compound fertilizers. The transformation covers mainly the following: the addition of a disc mixer and a feedstock crusher, the addition of a feeding neck for wash liquor at the flange of the pipe reactor, which is shifted outside the granulator, and the extension of the reactor pipe into the granulator, and the addition of the dedusting chamber.
