简要介绍了蒸发式冷凝器在工业级液体CO_2、冷冻、尿素以及联醇工段的设计选型和实际运行情况。实践证明,蒸发式冷凝器具有节能、节水、性能可靠、换热效率高等特点。在选型时,需根据不同的介质、工况条件进行优化选择。
A brief description is given of the design, model selection and actual operation results of the evaporative condenser in the industrial liquid CO2 section, refrigeration section, urea section and integrated methanol section. Practice proves that the evaporative condenser has the characteristics of energy saving, water saving, reliable performance and high heat exchange efficiency. During model selection optimized choice should be based on different media and work conditions.
