变压吸附脱碳再生真空泵存在的问题及原因

摘要 从设计和制造两个方面分析了抽真空再生的PSA工艺中真空泵在抽吸速率匹配方面存在的问题及原因。变压吸附作为一种物理吸附脱碳工艺,节能减排效果明显,但也存在有效气体收率问题。如何保证收率更优化、工艺运行更平稳,需在今后的生产运行中不断总结、完善、优化和提高。 From the standpoint of design and the matching of suction rate of the vacuum pump in fabrication an analysis is made of the problems in the PSA process with regeneration by vacuum supply and their causes. PSA as a CO2 removal process by physical adsorption shows remarkable results in energy saving and discharge reduction, but there is yet the problem of the yield of available gas. As regards the assurance of optimization of yield and steady process operation to a higher degree, it is necessary in future production to summarize, perfect, optimize and improve ceaselessly.
