Comparative Study on Four American Professional Sports League Salary Cap

通过文献资料法、逻辑分析等方法对美国四大职业联盟工资帽制度进行了比较分析,结果表明:NBA采用"硬"工资帽与"软"工资帽两种制度;NFL却只采用"硬"工资帽制度;MBL联盟采取类似工资帽形式的奢侈税制度对球员工资总额进行限定;NHL联盟工资帽制度只针对新秀球员而言,对于球队工资总额没有采取奢侈税等处罚制度,对在役球员工资通过最高薪金,最低薪金以及服役年限等规定进行限制。

The paper discuss about American professional sports league salary cap system by the methods of literary views and logical analysis. The reasults show that, NBA used ＂hard＂ salary cap with a ＂soft＂ salary cap; NFL has only ＂hard＂ salary cap system; MBL took similar cap forms of luxury tax system on the total payroll for the players to limit; NHL Union wage cap system only applied to rookie players,and did not take payroll luxury tax penalty system, but took system similar to cap through the highest salaries, and minimum wage and so forth.
