奥运后体育院校竞技体育该如何发展,成为体育院校工作者思考的问题。提出要以科学发展观为统领,切实贯穿到体育院校竞技体育发展所涉及的各方面;提出了体育院校要以"一个中心,一个重点,即以教学、训练为中心,以体育竞技人才培养为重点"为原则开展各项工作。

How to develop sports in the physical Education institute after Beijing Olympic Games is the problem that the workers of P.E. institute should think about. This paper proposed that we should take the sicentific development concept as a guide,and it must be carried out in all aspects of the developwent of sports in P.E. institute.And then it proposed that we should take ＂one center, a focus,that teaching and training are center, which the training of sports man is key＂ as the principle to prompt all works.
