摘要
从高中体育考生短跑训练的特点、学生的基础和素质状况入手,从运动生理学、运动解剖学进行分析,并依据考生的个体差异及地域特点,对高中体育考生的短跑训练提出了具有针对性的训练方法、手段。
From the characteristics of short -rtm training, the basis and quality of high school jocks, and from the Human physiology and Sports Anatomy perspective, and on the base of individual difference and district characteristics, the paper proposed some training method of short-run training of high school jocks.
