本文研究了计划评审技术(PERT)网络中非关键工序的敏感性问题。首先介绍了PERT网络的基本概念和定理,然后利用概率分析的原理及方法,分析了非关键工序的敏感性,并运用一个实例加以说明。

This paper studies the sensitivity of non critical process in program evaluation and review technique（PERT） network. Firstly, it introduces the basic concepts and theorems of PERT network, then studies the sensitivity of non-critical process by the principle and approach of probabilistic analysis. Finally,it uses an application example to illustrate.
