摘要
利用ZEUS 9.9人体成分分析仪,对临沂师范学院体育学院2004级体育教育本科不同专项(武术、健美操、篮球、排球、足球、田径)学生的身体成分进行了实验研究.结果表明:不同专项学生体液指数与遗传及运动训练有关,该指标可作为评价运动训练效果和运动选材的参考指标.
The paper explores the body components of students majored in different sports enrolled in 2004 in School of Physical Education of Linyi Normal University with an advanced body analyzing machine, ZEUS 9.9. The result shows that the humoral indexes of students majored in various sports are relative to the sports training and heredity, so the humoral indexes could be used to evaluate the effect of exercise and select the junior athletes.
