淋巴管阻断后大鼠睾丸重量与曲细精管直径相关关系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探测睾丸淋巴管阻断后,睾丸重量变化与曲细精管直径变化的相关关系。方法:用外科手术的方法将25只正常成年SD大鼠双侧睾丸淋巴管阻断后,观察术后2、6、12、24和48d睾丸重量的变化,并用自动图像分析仪测曲细精管直径,进行相关回归分析。结果:睾丸重量与曲细精管直径呈正相关关系(r=0.9074)。睾丸重量越小,曲细精管直径越小。结论:睾丸淋巴管阻断的大鼠,曲细精管直径可由睾丸重量来预测,反之亦然。 —玂bjective: To study the relationship between testis weight and diameter of seminiferous tubule after obstruction of testicular lymphatic vessels.Methods:Bilateral testicular lymphatic vessels of 25 normal adult SD rats were obstructed by cautery.The occurrence of alterations in testis weight was studied 2,6,12,24 and 48 days after operation.The diameter of seminiferous tubule was measured with a TASplus automated image analyser.Correlation and regression analysis was made between testis weight and diameter of seminiferous tubule.Resu lts; The diameter of seminiferous tubule was positively related to the testis weight(r=09074).Small testes had narrow seminiferous tubules.Conclusion:After obstruction of bilateral testicular lymphatic vessels ,the diameter of seminiferous tubule can be predicted by the testis weight,and vice versa.
