文章就目前高校图书馆人员编制的现状进行了具体的调查分析,针对目前高校图书馆人员编制的无章可寻、无据可依情况,在概括总结业内同行想法的基础上,进行了更进一步的新探索,提出了自己的想法和建议,为今后高校图书馆人员编制的确立起到了一定的参考借鉴作用。

The article analyzed the status of university library staff,and pointed out the present problems.Aiming at the problem of no standard in the process of personnel rank in university library,therefore the article suggested its point of view and provides reference for personnel rank in university libraries based on the summarization of persons of the same occupation.
