摘要
企业年金的建立已成为企业吸引人才、留住人才,提高市场竞争力的重要手段。分析建立企业年金制度的必要性,提出年金构建的原则,探讨建立企业年金计划的有效方法。
As a part of the welfare of pay system,annual salary of enterprises occupies a crucial status in the strategic management of the human resources of enterprises. Besides ,as an important means of management to the recruitment,stabilization and encouragement of talents as well as the promotion of their performance, it has been popular with and applied in increasing enterprises. This paper, by expounding the motives of setting up such a system and its effect on maximizing the pay system,explores the principles in setting up such a system and the major points in the designing of such pattern,providing some reference to enterprises which intend to set up such a system.
