试析健全高校校园文化育人机制

On the perfection of cultivating mechanism of campus culture in colleges and universities

在对部分高校校园文化建设调研的基础上,分析健全高校校园文化育人机制的重要意义和制约高校园文化育人机制因素,针对目前高校校园文化育人机制存在的不足,提出健全高校校园文化五大育人机制,达到培养合格人才的目的。

Based on the investigation of campus culture construction of part of colleges and universities, this paper first analyses the significance of perfecting the cultivating mechanism and the restrictive fac- tors of it, and then, in accordance with the deficiency existing in such mechanism, proposes five major cultivating mechanisms of perfection so as to fulfil the goal of training of qualified talents.
