摘要
建立了医药中间体1-苯基-3-甲基-吡唑啉酮-5的高效液相色谱定量分析方法。1-苯基-3-甲基-吡唑啉酮-5浓度在10.0-50.0μg.mL-1范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.99999,相对标准偏差为0.63%,平均加标回收率为90.0%-103.0%,最低检出限为0.01μg.mL-1。
A HPLC quantitative analysis method has been developed for the determination of medicine intermediate 1-phenyl-3-methyl-pyrazolone-5.The research method showed that the linear relationship between peak area and sample concentration was satisfactory within the range of 10.0~50.0 μg·mL-1 with coefficient of correlation of 0.99999;the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 0.63%;the average recovery was 90.0%~103.0%;the limit of detection(LOD) was 0.01 μg·mL-1.
