基层部队医院传染病管理工作浅谈

Infectious Diseases Management Discussion in Grass-roots Units of Military Hospital

目的加强基层部队医院传染病防控工作的规范化管理,控制迟报、漏报,预防疫情发生,及时控制疫情蔓延和暴发。方法根据《传染病防治法》、《食品卫生法》、《中国人民解放军传染病防治条例》及《传染病信息报告管理规范》的规定,分析疫情监测资料,提高疫情监测的敏感性。结果明确职责,加强了疫情监测队伍的责任心,提高了疫情监测的质量,增强了医院对疫情的预警能力。结论适应了新形势下部队医院对疫情管理的要求,杜绝了迟报漏报,通过不断完善疫情监测体系,促进了军队医院疫情监测系统的健全和完善。

Objective To strengthen infectious disease prevention and control work of grass-roots military hospital,standardization management,control late or omited report,prevent the outbreak and to promptly control the spread and outbreaks of the disease.Methods According to ＂Infectious Diseases Prevention Act,＂ ＂Food Hygiene Law,＂ ＂People＇s Liberation Army Infectious Diseases Prevention Act,＂ and ＂infectious disease reporting of information management standards＂ requirement,analyzing surveillance data to improve the sensitivity of the surveillance.Results Specific responsibilities,We have strengthened the responsible for monitoring the epidemic and improved the quality of surveillance and enhanced the capability of early warned Conclusion Adapted to the new situation,military hospital outbreak management requirements have eliminated the delaying omissions and by continuously improving surveillance system,the military hospital surveillance system have promoted comprehensively.
