装甲车载超短波电台零中频接收机设计与仿真

Design and Simulation of Zero Intermediate Frequency Receiver of VHF Radio in Armored Vehicles

摘要 把零中频结构应用于装甲车载超短波电台接收过程中,可以解决目前装甲车载超短波电台接收机体积大、成本高、扩展性差和兼容性弱等问题。在理论分析和计算的基础上,根据现有元器件的发展水平设计了一种装甲车载超短波电台零中频接收机。应用安捷伦公司生产的ADS电子设计自动化EDA软件对零中频接收机进行了仿真。通过仿真结果分析了零中频接收机与超外差接收机在灵敏度上存在差距的主要原因,并针对存在的问题提出了改进方向。 Zero intermediate frequency structure is applied to the receiving process of VHF radio in armored vehicles and this can solve the problems existing in receiver of VHF radio in the present armored vehicles,such as large volume,high cost,poor expansibility and weak compatibility.On the basis of theoretical analysis and calculation,a kind of zero intermediate frequency receiver of VHF radio in used in armored vehicles is designed,according to the development level of the present components.The zero intermediate frequency receiver is simulated by using ADS electronic design automation EDA software,which is produced by Agilent.The main reasons of difference in sensitivity between zero intermediate frequency receiver and super-heterodyne receiver are obtained by analyzing the simulation results,and the improvement direction is provided.
