针对目前舰船在蔬果贮存方面存在的问题,介绍并分析了目前国内外所采用的蔬果保鲜技术方法、原理、系统组成及应用,同时为蔬果保鲜技术在舰船上推广应用提出了技术途径。

Fresh maintenance is the main problem existing in the storage of vegetables and fruits on warship.This paper analyzes the methods,principles system compositions and applications of several international fresh maintenance techniques for vegetables and fruits to promote the technical approaches on warship.
