三维适形放疗联合射频热疗治疗食管上段癌的临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Combination of Three Dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy and Radio Frequency Hyperthermia in the Treatment of Upper Esophageal Carcinoma

目的分析三维适形放疗联合射频热疗治疗食管上段癌的疗效,与单纯放疗作对比。方法48例食管上段癌随机分2组,每组24例。单纯放疗组：DT 60-70 Gy/30-35次/6-7周;综合治疗组：DT 60-70 Gy/30-35次/6-7周,放疗期间加用SR-1000型射频热疗,每周两次,功率500-800 W,每次加热1 h,共6次。结果综合治疗组的近期疗效（CR＋PR）为95.8%,明显高于单纯放疗组的70.8%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论联合方法即三维适形放疗＋射频热疗能提高食管癌的近期治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy and radio frequency hyperthermia in the treatment of upper esophageal carcinoma, and to compare the effect of radiotherapy alone. Methods 48 cases were divided into two groups of 24 cases each at random. Radiotherapy alone group： DT 60-70 Gy/30-35 times /6-7 weeks; comprehensive treatment group： DT 60-70 Gy/30-35 times/6-7 weeks with treatment of SR-1000 radio frequency hyperthermia with 500-800 W power, 1 hour every time ,twice a week , total 6 times. Results The short-term effect （ CR ＋ PR） of comprehensive treatment group was 95.8% which was much higher than that of 70.8% of radiotherapy alone group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive treatment, that is treatment with three dimensional eonformal radiotherapy and radio frequency hyperthermia, can improve the effect in the treatment of esophageal carcinoma.
