摘要 用有限元方法分析了承受轴向拉力作用时T型管节点在热点应力区的应力分布,以及最大应力集中系数,通过计算发现,最大应力集中系数出现在鞍点处。在此基础上,通过对不同几何参数的T节点进行模型分析,得出T型节点的几何参数对应力集中系数的影响规律。 The stress distribution of tubular T-joints at hot spot stress areas and its maximum stress concentration factors (SCFs) under the axial loads are analyzed by use of finite element method. Through the computation, it is found that the maximum stress concentration factors are located at the saddle position. Therefore, the influence rule of tubular T-joint geometric parameters on the stress concentration factors is also investigated through analyzing numerical models with different geometric parameters.
