在沥青混凝土拌和中产生的粉尘,如果不能很好地回收,既污染环境又造成原材料浪费。通过机械和电器控制装置以简单易用易制作为前提,结合工程实践研制了粉尘回收装置;介绍了该粉尘回收装置的组件设计、技术原理、操作工艺流程与应用实践情况。

The asphalt concrete will produce lots of dust in the mixing process. If the dust can＇t be recycled well ,it not only wastes the raw materials but also pollutes the environment. Therefore, the dust recycling instrument is researched and manufactured,which is simple, easy-to-use and easy-to-manufacture, by mechanical and electrical control device combing with project practice. The components design, technology principle, technical process and application situation of dust recycling instrument are introduced in detail.
