摘要
探讨了能够有效保证网球运动员日常训练、比赛的前、中阶段所需营养和能量,以及在训练、比赛后能够快速恢复体能和保证身体健康的全面均衡营养的膳食安排。
Nutrition is the material basis for tennis athlete to ensure optimal physical condition, good competitive status, and improving performance. In this paper, through consulting some recent sports nutrition literature, the author discusses the imperative nutrition and energy which tennis player need in daily training, and competition stages to effectively ensure their rapid recovery of physical strength and overall physical health balanced nutrition.
