摘要
一定规模的综合广场建设项目要通过交通影响分析的方法,达到交通控制指标或相关要求。首先阐述了交通影响分析的目的,然后分析了交通影响分析中各相关单位的责权关系和开发商由被动到主动解决交通问题的观念转变。项目开发规划方案确定后,相关的交通组织优化是保障项目正常运作的关键,针对项目开发可能出现的各种交通问题,提出了在综合广场交通组织优化中可保障基地内外交通顺畅、安全的一些设计理念。
It must achieve the traffic control standards or related requirements before a certain size of synthetic plaza is constructed by traffic impact analysis. Firstly, the purpose of the traffic impact analysis is expatiated. Then, the relationship analysis between responsibilities and rights among the correlative units is given as well as the developers' attitude changes from passive to active to solve the traffic problems. After the project exploitation plan is made, the traffic organization optimization is the key to ensure the normal operation of the project. Aiming at a variety of traffic problems that may occur during the project exploitation, some design concepts that can be used in synthesis plaza traffic organization optimization are given to ensure the traffic safety and traffic fluency around the project.
