阿尔茨海默病与血管性痴呆患者智能障碍的比较研究

Alzheimer＇s disease and vascular dementia A Comparative Study of Mental Retardation

目的：探讨阿尔茨海默病（AD）与血管性痴呆（VD）患者智能障碍的异同。方法：采用韦氏成人智力量表（WAIS-RC）韦氏记忆量表（WMS—RC）对入组的42例AD患者和38例VD患者的智能状况进行测评比较。结果：AD组患者的总智商（FIQ）及记忆商（MQ）均低于VD组。结论：两组患者的FIQ、MQ均有所下降，以AD组的下降更为明显。

Objective：To investigate the Alzheimer＇s disease （AD） and vascular dementia （VD） of the similarities and differences in patients with mental retardation. Methods： The Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale （WAIS-RC） and the Wechsler Memory Scale （WMS-RC） right into the group of 42 cases of AD patients and 38 patients with VD patients compared intelligent evaluation status. Results： AD patients the overall IQ （FIQ） and memory quotient （MQ） were lower than the VD group.Conclusion： The two groups of patients with FIQ, MQ, has declined to AD group fell even more apparent.
