术后疼痛的评估及护理对策研究

Study on Assessment and Nursing Care of the Post-operative Pain

目的：探讨术后疼痛的正确评估及护理对策，进一步提高护理质量。方法：通过对术后疼痛病人555例进行正确评估及针对性护理。结果：术后疼痛护理效果良好，除昏迷病人外，满意率达到98％。结论：对术后疼痛病人的观察、评估，采取正确的生理及心理护理措施，能够有效缓解病人疼痛。

Objective：To investigate the correct assessment and nursing care of the post-operative pain and to further improve the quality of nursing care. Methods： The correct assessment and nursing care were taken on 555 cases of patients with post-operative pain.Results：The nursing care of post-operative pain got a goodeffect, and the satisfaction rate of 98% except unconscious patients. Conclusion：The observation, evaluation and right physical and psychological care of patients with post-operative pain can effectively alleviate patients＇pain.
