摘要
成型装药破甲战斗部是对付坚固目标的有效手段之一,速度梯度是评估成型装药射流性能的重要指标。为了对成型装药射流速度分布进行量化评估,文中应用相关数值模拟工具,对某一常规成型装药结构的射流速度梯度进行了研究,获得了罩质材料在不同时刻沿其长度方向的速度分布曲线及速度大于2000m/s的射流质量。结果表明射流在形成并稳定后,大于2000m/s的射流速度沿其长度方向基本是线性分布,与试验结果相符,说明数值模拟应用于成型装药研究的可行性及正确性。
Shaped charge warhead is an effective way to penetrate hard target, and velocity gradient is a criterion to evaluate the jet performance In this paper, numerical simulation was used to evaluate velocity distribution of jet from a gen- eral shaped charge model. Some data such as jet velocity distribution at deferent time and the mass of jet above 2000m/ s were gotten. The result indicates that the jet velocity distribution above 2000m/s is approximately linear along its axis after jet is formed and stabilized. The result of simulation agrees well with that experiment. Furthermore, it verifies that it is a feasible and correct way using numerical simulation to study shaped charge.
