摘要
针对系统可测试性设计和故障诊断中的测试点选取问题,设计了专家系统支持下的测试点选取的优化配置策略。为此,建立了信号拓扑有向图并进行快速相关性建模,通过专家系统将可疑故障点定位到有向图网络的局部,简化相关性矩阵,提出最优故障诊断策略。专家系统支持下的测试点设计策略充分利用了故障特征,在尽可能少的步骤、时间内快速完成了系统故障检测与隔离。
In order to optimize the selection of test points in the design for testability and fault diagnosis, the strategy for test point optimization is designed based on expert system. Therefore, the signal directed graph was constructed and the relativity model was established. Then with the help of expert system, the doubtful points were restricted in parts of the directed graph net, the dependency matrix was simplified, and the fault diagnosis strategy was presented. Taking full advantage of the failure features, the configuration algorithm of test point based on expert system could accomplish the system fault detection and isolation, within the least test steps and the least test time.
