摘要
为了自动检测炮弹弹体不同长度位置的壁厚,提高检测精度和效率,介绍了基于单片机的弹体壁厚测量系统。本系统采用内外两个高精度位移传感器,在炮弹旋转的过程中,由驱动机构带动实现直线运动,并通过单片机采集两个传感器在不同长度的检测数据,进行相应的数据处理,人机交互由触摸屏实现。系统可实现自动检测并对分段壁厚的尺寸误差进行评定。
The SCC-based measuring system is designed to detect the thickness of different locations of the shell automatically, and to improve the detecting accuracy and efficiency. During the rotating process of the shell, both internal and external displacement sensors of high accuracy which are driven to achieve linear motion are used and the detecting data at different location is collected and processed by SCC. Human-computer interaction is to achieve by touch screen. Otherwise, automatically detection and the evaluation to the dimensional error of partitioned thickness can also be implemented.
