摘要 介绍了一种高效简单的谐波频率发生模块,利用阶跃恢复二极管的电流阶跃特性研制了一种微带平面结构的梳状谱发生器。这种梳状谱发生器具有宽的输入频率,可以从数百兆到千兆。输出频率可以达到毫米波,且具有优良的输出频谱纯度和低的相位噪声,以及高的倍频效率。 In this paper, an efficient and simple harmonic wave frequency generator is presented. Using the current step properties of step recovery diode we have developed a comb-like spectrum generator for mierostrip planar structure. The comb-like spectrum generator has a wide input frequency, which occupies from a few megabytes to gigabite. Its output frequency can reach minimeter-wave, which has excellent spectral purity, low output phase noise and efficiency highorder Multiplier.
