摘要 针对目前电力监测仪表存在的电参量读取速度慢,不能满足闸门卷扬启闭机系统对实时电量数据要求,设计了一种基于CS5463芯片测量电参数的闸门卷扬启闭机实时保护器。该系统将高处理速度的32位ARM单片机和实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ结合,对电能计量芯片CS5463测量的实时电参量进行读取、分析,解决了对数据的实时读取、对多任务的安排等关键问题,实现了对三相电动机的过压、过流、欠压、缺相、过载、欠载等故障实时诊断和保护。实验表明,该系统具有测量精度高、实时性好,结构简单等特点,可以应用于卷扬机以及其他三相交流电动机的故障诊断和保护。 A real time protector for cable hoist system of sluice based on the chip CS5463 measuring electrical parameters is designed to overcome the disadvantages of the power monitor meters reading the needed parameters slowly, and can not meet the cable hoist system requirements for real-time electricity data. A high processing speed 32-bit ARM microcontroller and real-time operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ are used in the system. The system reads and analyzes the electrical parameters measured by chip CS5463, solved some key issues, such as the real-time data reading and arrangement of the multi-tasking, and achieved real-time three-phase motors diagnosis and protection of over-voltage, over-current, phase loss, over-load, under-load and so on. Experimental results show that the system has high accuracy, good real-time, simple structure and so on. It can be applied to hoisters and other three-phase AC motors fault diagnosis and protection.
