摘要
针对某型炮射导弹制导装置的多通道数据采集和实时性的要求,设计开发了基于虚拟仪器技术的测试系统。首先对制导装置进行了需求分析,接着搭建了基于PXI总线的硬件测试平台,然后介绍了测试系统的软硬件体系结构以及多线程、状态机模型等关键技术。经过试验验证,该系统实时性强、测试效率高、运行稳定等特点,可满足炮射导弹试验时制导装置工作的信号检测与故障诊断需要。
According to the demand of muti-channel data acquisition and real-time of control and guide equipment applied on gun launched missle, designed a testing system based on virtual instrument. Firstly analysed the requirement of control and guide equipment , follow built a plat of hardware based on virtual instrument ,and then detailedly introduced the system framework ,the sticking point technology. It was practised by experimentation that it had the character of credibility performance, best testing efficiency and stabilization of running. It is satisfyed with the need of measureing signal and diagnoseing failure,while control and guide equipment is working.
