On the basis of introducing scenario planning and analyzing the environment of harbor logistics park,this article discusses the scenario structure and scenario analysis of Yangzhou harbor logistics park. With advantages of Yangzhou harbor and Yangzhou export processing zone,it puts forward the development strategy which integrates logistics park and export processing zone to promote the development of hinterland industries.
