PLC梯形图在水环境自动监测系统中的应用

摘要 水环境自动监测系统流程复杂,要求控制程序既具有处理复杂逻辑控制的能力,又具有方便修改流程参数的能力。在分析具体监测系统控制流程的基础上,介绍了利用PLC的梯形图编程进行逻辑控制的方法,给出了接线原理图,详细讨论了浮子和时间双重保护、清水阀和空气阀的嵌套控制、分析仪表测值数据采集和处理,以及监测时间处理等几个主要问题的处理方法。具体应用说明,采用PLC通过编写梯形图进行水环境自动监测系统控制是值得考虑的方法。 Procedures for automatic monitoring system for water environment are complex, so control program should possess abilities of complicated logical control and convenient modification for procedure parameters. Based on analysis of control procedures of the monitoring system, the author introduces logical control method by PLC ladder diagram programming, makes a detailed discussion on methods for double protection of float and time, nested control for clean water valve and air valve, data acquisition & processing for analyzing instrument as well as monitoring period control, and principle diagram for linkage is also given. Its application shows that employment of PLC ladder diagram in automatic monitoring system for water environment is a method that' s worth considering.
