摘要
转向盘转速传感器是汽车电控转向系统(ECPS)的关键部件之一,其输出特性直接影响到ECPS系统的控制性能。介绍了一种电磁感应式转向盘转速传感器的原理及结构,用ANSOFT软件对其进行了电磁场分析,设计了信号电路板及实验装置,并对传感器进行标定以及温度和转速特性实验。结果表明,传感器各项性能满足ECPS系统的要求,不仅可以应用于低转速测量,还可以应用于高转速测量。
Steering speed sensor is one of the key parts in electronically controlled power steering (ECPS) system, and the characteristic of ECPS system is much concerned with the output of the steering speed sensor. The principle and structure of an inductive steering speed sensor are introduced. The 3D eddy current field of the sensor is analyzed by using ANSOPT. A signal circuit board and a test device were designed. Calibration test and temperature performance and speed range experiments were carded out. It has been found that the sensor has excellent output characteristic and can satisfy the performance requirement for ECPS speed sensor. The proposed inductive sensor could be used not only in low-speed measurement but also in high-speed occasions.
