摘要
在建立合理的差动变压器式位移传感器(LVDT)电磁仿真模型的基础上,提出了一种基于脚本模板的电磁仿真参数化建模方法:首先将仿真建模过程录制成脚本,然后在脚本中添加标记形成脚本模板,最后将脚本模板中的标识动态修改为参数数值,实现了仿真模型的参数化建模;开发了LVDT参数化仿真系统并在工程中得到应用,显著提高了设计效率。
After establishing reasonable electromagnetic simulation model of LVDT, a parametric method for electro- magnetic simulation based on script template is presented. First, the modeling process of LVDT is recorded as a script; then, a script template is formed by adding identifiers in the script; last, the identifiers in the script template are dynamically modified to the parameter values. The parametric modeling of the simulation model is realized; LVDT parametric simulation system is developed and applied in engineering, which improves the design efficiency significantly.
