3,3’-二氨基-4,4’-二羟基联苯及其聚酰亚胺的合成与性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 4,4’-二羟基联苯(DHBP)和浓硝酸在有机溶剂中反应,合成得到了3,3’-二硝基-4,4’-二羟基联苯(DNDHBP)。随后,在Pd/C-水合肼的还原体系中,被进一步还原,得到了3,3’-二氨基-4,4’-二羟基联苯(DADHBP)。将得到的3,3’-二氨基-4,4’-二羟基联苯(DADHBP)与3,3’,4,4’-四羧基二苯醚二酐(ODPA)在强极性非质子有机溶剂中进行聚合反应,得到了粘稠状的聚酰胺酸(DADHBP/ODPA-PAA)溶液,涂膜,热亚胺化,获得了相应的聚酰亚胺(DADHBP/ODPA-PI)薄膜。利用差示扫描量热计(DSC)、傅立叶转换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、紫外-可见分光光度计等仪器,对它们的性能进行了研究。结果表明,制成的聚酰亚胺薄膜具有良好的疏水性、光学性能和力学性能。 The polyimide monomer of 3,3'-diamino-4,4'-dihydroxybiphenyl(DADHBP) was obtained through the reaction of 3,3'-dinitro-4,4'-dihydroxybiphenyl(DNDHBP) in the system of Pd/C-hydrazine hydrate.The compound of DNDHBP was synthesized by the reaction between 4,4'-dihydroxybiphenyl(DHBP) and concentrated nitric acid in the organic solvent.Moreover,the viscous polyamic acid(DADHBP/ODPA-PAA) solution was prepared by polycondensation reaction between DADHBP and 4,4'-oxydiphthalic anhydride(ODPA) in the polar aprotic organic solvent,and the corresponding polyimide(DADHBP/ODPA-PI) film was also obtained by the thermal imidization of DADHBP/ODPA-PAA thin layer.Then,the properties of the obtained compounds and the film were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and a UV-visible spectrophotometer.
