胃癌 Cyclin E 表达及其意义 被引量：2

摘要 探讨细胞周期素Ｅ（ＣｙｃｌｉｎＥ）在胃癌发生发展中的作用，采用免疫组化染色法检测了９５例胃癌标本。结果显示，正常胃上皮细胞不表达ＣｙｃｌｉｎＥ，而４０．０％（３８／９５）的胃癌细胞则呈阳性反应。分化癌ＣｙｃｌｉｎＥ的异常表达较显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。粘膜内癌无强表达，且弱表达率也很低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。发生血行转移时强表达显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。强表达患者术后生存期和５年生存率降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。
