摘要
对有机介质材料进行非线性电导改性,有利于在较低静电场下以非脉冲放电方式释放掉介质内部极可能导致脉冲放电的危险静电荷,有可能成为空间介质内带电防护的主流方法。采用一种微米级无机粉料对聚酰亚胺(PI)、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)和环氧树脂(ER)3种航天器常用聚合物介质材料进行非线性电导率改性,并对改性工艺和机理进行了研究和分析。结果表明,添加剂含量对PI和PTFE的影响主要是非线性电场强度阈值,而对ER主要影响非线性电导特性曲线的陡度。
The modification of nonlinear conductivity for spacecraft organic dielectric materials is beneficial to release the dangerous static charge by non-pulsed discharge mode,which is very likely to induce a pulse discharge in lower electrostatic fields.The modification may become a main method for the internal charging protection of space dielectric.The nonlinear conductivity modification technology of polymer dielectric materials by a kind of inorganic additive was studied.The specific preparation technologies of modified polyimide,polytetrafluoroethylene and epoxy resin were introduced respectively.The test result of modified effect was stated in this paper,and the generation mechanism of nonlinear conductance characteristic was briefly analyzed.
