摘要
介绍了小颗粒无烟煤代替部分焦炭在高碳铬铁生产中的应用情况,通过对无烟煤和焦炭特性对比及应用数据分析,表明通过对无烟煤的粒度、成分进行控制,加强炉上操作,精确计算和调整配比,无烟煤代替部分焦炭生产高碳铬铁在技术和操作上是可行的,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
This article induces that the application of producing high-carbon ferrochrome with part of small particle anthracite instead of coke. Through the contrast and data analysis of characteristic about anthracite and coke, it shows that producing high-carbon ferrochrome with part of small particle anthracite instead of part coke are feasible with good economic and social benefits through the control of particle size and composition of anthracite, strengthening the furnace operation, accurate calculation and adjusting the ratio.
