矿热炉短网系统水冷电缆偏流问题的分析

摘要 主要介绍了山东石横特钢集团冶金材料公司2号矿热炉由于水冷电缆选择截面积较小,长时间运行后,水冷电缆老化,每相水冷电缆电阻值不均衡,发生水冷电缆偏流现象,导致矿热炉产生一系列运行问题,对此做了分析,并对设备进行了相应改进,取得良好效果。 As Metallurgical Materials Company of Shangdong Shiheng Speeial Steel Group chooses the water cooled cables with smaller section, which begin aging after long use, the resistanee value of each water cooled cable is unbalanced, the problem of water cooled cable bias occurs, thus, a series of problems of submerged arc furnace operation are eaused. Whieh was analyzed, and the equipment was improved. Therefore, good effect was obtained.
