主要介绍了山东石横特钢集团冶金材料公司2号矿热炉由于水冷电缆选择截面积较小,长时间运行后,水冷电缆老化,每相水冷电缆电阻值不均衡,发生水冷电缆偏流现象,导致矿热炉产生一系列运行问题,对此做了分析,并对设备进行了相应改进,取得良好效果。
