摘要
在区域创新系统的构建中,促进创新成果转化是关键环节。创新成果转化不仅是创新的主要目的,也是实现创新回报的关键。内部转化和外部转化是创新成果转化的主要途径,内部转化较多存在于研发实力较强的大型企业中,而外部转化需要构建中介平台、政府政策、多渠道资金等的支持。
In construct the Regional Innovation system, it is a key links that promoting the transformation of innovation achievements. The transformation of innovation achievements not only is the main purpose of innovation, but also is the key of achieving the innovation rewards. The main path of innovation achievements＇ transformation includes internal transformation and external transformation. Internal transformation fits for large --scale enterprises with high R＆D capability. External transformation needs the supports of intermediary platform, government policy, multi- channel capital and so on.
