Focus on the Core of the Year of Hospital Management,and Regulate the Financial Management

医院管理年活动的重要内容之一,就是加强财务管理,控制医疗成本。作为医院管理重要组成部分的财务部门,应严格财务管理,执行公开透明的物价政策;建立医院内部财务管理和内部稽核、控制制度;同时加强医院成本核算,降低运行成本等,对确保病人的利益和医院经营的健康发展尤为重要。

The most important elements in the year of management of the hospital is enhance the financial management, control the medical cost. As a crucial constituent of the managing part, we financial department should regulate the financial management and implement the overt policy; and establish the inner managing and examing system. Meanwhile, we should emphasize on the adjusting the accounts and lower the prime cost of the hospital in order to satisfy the benefits of the patients as well as to accelerate the harmonious development of the hospital.
