摘要
在NaC l胁迫下,对以茄子为砧木的番茄嫁接苗和番茄自根苗的叶绿素含量及叶绿素荧光参数进行了比较。结果表明:以茄子为砧木的番茄嫁接苗叶片叶绿素含量(ch1)、PSⅡ的实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)均显著高于自根苗;最大光化学效率Fv/Fm高于自根苗;非光化学猝灭系数(qN)显著低于自根苗。以上结果表明,嫁接苗的耐盐性优于自根苗。
The chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in tomato leaves under NaCl stress were compared between the grafted tomato seedlings with eggplant(Solamun melongena L.) as rootstock and the self-rooted tomato seedlings.The results showed that the grafted seedlings had significantly higher chlorophyll content,the actual photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ(ΦPSⅡ),photochemical quenching coefficient(qP) and higher maximum photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm) than the self-rooted seedlings, and significantly lower non - photochemical quenching coefficient ( qN ) than the self - rooted seedlings. Based on these results, it could be concluded that the resistance of the grafted tomato seedlings to NaC1 stress was stronger than that of the self - rooted seedlings.
