摘要
研究了不同比例(0.18%、0.90%、1.80%和2.80%)CO2吸收剂对丰水梨常温贮藏品质的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,CO2吸收剂处理能有效降低果实的腐烂指数和丙二醛(MDA)含量,减缓可滴定酸含量的下降,减少果实失水,但对果实硬度的影响未达到显著水平。综合分析不同比例CO2吸收剂对丰水梨贮藏品质的影响,认为1.80%~2.80%的比例较理想。
This experiment studied the influence of different proportion of carbon dioxide absorbents on the ambient storage quality of Hosui pear.The results showed that all carbon dioxide absorbent treatments could decrease rot index and malonaldehyde content,alleviate the decline of titratable acid content,and reduce fruit desiccation in comparison with CK,but the effect of all carbon dioxide absorbent treatments on the firmness of Hosui pear fruits was not significant.Considering the comprehensive effects of different proportion of carbon dioxide absorbents on the storage quality of ' Hosui' pear, the author believed the treatment with 1.80% - 2.80% carbon dioxide absorbent had better effect.
