目的:探讨紫外线灯消毒引起电光性眼炎的原因,并提出相应的防护措施。方法:对32例因紫外线消毒灯引起的电光性眼炎患者进行分析,研究致病原理,记录患者照射时间、部位、距离等,并且询问紫外线安装位置,电光性眼压的常识。结果:电光性眼炎的严重程度与照射时间、距离、皮肤裸露程度相关,与人们安全意识相关。结论:应重视紫外线消毒引起电光性眼炎的现象,尤其是消毒人员应进行相关知识的普及,改善紫外线灯消毒的管理措施。

Objective： To investigate the ultraviolet light disinfection of ophthalmia caused by electro - optical reasons, put forward the corresponding protective measures. Methods ： 32 eases with ultraviolet light disinfection of ophthalmia caused by electro - optical were analyzed and to study the pathogenic principles, record patient exposure time, position, distance, and asked UV installation location, electro -optic intraocular pressure of common sense. Resuits： The severity of electro - optical nature of ophthalmia with exposure time, distance, degree of skin exposed correlated with people＇s sense of safety - related. Conclusion： We should attach importance to ultraviolet disinfection of ophthalmia caused by electro -optical phenomena,in particular, the related personnel should disinfect the popularization of knowledge to improve the ultraviolet light disinfection management measures.
