摘要
目的:探讨密闭式静脉留置针临床使用中常见并发症的预防和护理。方法:调查我科2008年1～12月466例住院患者使用密闭式静脉留置针并发症的发生情况。结果:置管后局部渗出10例,导管堵塞30例,静脉炎9例。结论:严格执行护理操作常规,做好健康教育,改进和创新护理技能可有效预防和减少并发症的发生。
Objective ： To explore the common complications in the clinical use of closed - type venous catheter , and how to carry out prevention and care. Methods： Investigation division in January - December 2008 on 466 cases of hospitalized patients using the closed -type venous catheter. Results ： With 10 cases of localized seepage ,30 cases of catheter blockage, 9 cases of phlebitis. Conclusion： Strict implementation of nursing practices, good health educa- tion, improvement and innovation in nursing skills can effectively prevent and reduce the incidence of complications.
